Site and PIs Selection
Selection of the right clinical site(s) and principal investigator(s) is crucial to the success of any clinical trial. Boston MedTech CRO uses its extensive clinical network and experience to assist you in selecting clinical collaborators who can successfully execute the study. We help clinical trial sponsors identify suitable clinical sites (considering factors such as appropriate patient pool, accessibility and costs) and principal investigators (considering factors such as reputation, availability, record) leading to the selection of the optimal clinical team for the proposed study. We will then support the formal discussions necessary to successfully negotiate and conclude a study agreement.
